Methodology :
JJTB Works with players in professionnal projects all year, with a fully defined program.
In current tennis world, a very strong Physical condition and Resistance to stress are 2 key to becoming a Top level player. We improve everyday all physical strength, thinking that the Brain is the first muscle to train.
- Physical Tests (on and off the court), in order to define more precisely priorities in fitness and physical personal goals.
- Medical checks, forecasted as well,
- Program redefined each 3 months or less, according to Tennis and season's evolution of the player.
- The "project doc", resuming all the different aspects of his tennis, needed to be improved fisrtly and secondarily, goals to reach in each sector of the game.
