Pedagogical Priority / Goals and Values :

- Allow the realization for players of the necesity to work on mental purposes, understanding of the necesity to be rigorous in life to acceed the top level in world tennis, making compromises. A dream for a lot.

- We want to facilitate the understanding of Respect : of their body and mind, of their word, of the others. (Dietetic, Rest, Sleep, dietetical preparation of tournament, match, training...)

- Muscular and Mental Relaxation. Ability to focus and resist to pressure.

- Being able to Reach The FLOW, this fabulous sensation. And Repeat it the most you can.

- Underpass fixed limits everyday on court, understand fixed limits out of the court!

In current tennis world, the physical condition is key to becoming a Top level player. We improve all physical strength, Thinking that the Brain is the first muscle to train.
